Privacy policy

Controller: TODO Company name, TODO Address, Athens, Greece, VAT TODO, TODO@yourdomain.gr.

What we collect: guest list signups (name, email, phone, check-in time); contact form messages (name, email, message); anonymous visit statistics (pages, referrer, country, device and a daily-rotating anonymous ID; we do not store IP addresses).

Why: to manage the guest list and door entry, answer your messages, and understand how the site is used. Legal basis: performance of your request and our legitimate interest. With your consent only, we use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads.

Processors: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection), Neon (database, EU region), Resend (email), Meta (only with consent).

Retention: guest list data is deleted 12 months after the event; contact messages after 24 months.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr). Contact TODO@yourdomain.gr.
